Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate team in the Princeton office. The role focuses on transactional work across M&A and general corporate matters, advising public and private company clients on strategic transactions and corporate governance.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, deal-focused practice with access to national platform resources and cross-office support. This is a visible role that offers responsibility for originating and leading significant transactions.

Portable business is welcome; candidates with an established book of business or proven origination track record will be strongly considered.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions, including M&A and general corporate work
Track record of originating and advancing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong commercial judgment and ability to lead deal teams
Excellent client-facing and business development skills
