Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Partner-level litigation experience with a proven track record of managing complex commercial disputes
Strong trial and motion practice skills; courtroom experience preferred
Demonstrated business development and client relationship capabilities
Active bar admission in New Jersey or willingness to transfer admission
