Lateral Partner — Corporate & M&A, Princeton

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate practice in the Princeton area. The role focuses on M&A and transactional work for corporate clients across a range of industries, counseling on buy- and sell-side deals, private company transactions, and related corporate matters.

The team advises both strategic and private equity clients on mid- to large-market transactions and is looking for a partner who can contribute established transactional experience, client relationships, and business development capability. The position offers a senior role within a broad corporate platform and collaboration with cross-practice teams.

• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A and corporate deals
• Demonstrable client development skills and an ability to bring or grow a portable practice
• Comfort working on cross-border and multi-disciplinary transactions with senior internal teams
