Partner — Corporate / M&A & Private Equity — New York

Seeking a senior partner to lead and expand a busy corporate practice in New York, focused on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. The role combines high-value deal work with client relationship leadership across corporate and finance matters.

The firm is looking for a market-facing partner with an established, portable practice and demonstrated ability to originate and manage complex transactions. You will join a multi-disciplinary team handling cross-border and domestic deals for corporate and private equity clients.

• Established partner or counsel with substantial M&A and private equity transaction experience
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex corporate deals and managing teams
• Portable book of business and demonstrable client relationships
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and excellent transaction drafting and negotiation skills
