A well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its growing corporate practice in Raleigh. The role focuses on leading complex M&A and transactional matters, advising boards and senior executives on governance issues, and developing client relationships across the region.

The successful candidate will help build and mentor a local team, collaborate with national practice groups, and participate in business development for mid-market and larger corporate clients. A portable practice is welcome and the firm supports partners in transitioning client relationships.

Established partner with significant transactional and M&A experience
