Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Raleigh

Senior corporate partner opportunity at a highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced transactional lawyer to join its Raleigh office. The role focuses on M&A, general corporate transactions and corporate governance work across middle-market and larger deals.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, drive business development, and work closely with deal teams on complex transactions. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are desirable.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Track record advising on corporate governance matters
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business preferred
• Strong leadership, team management and business development skills
