Partner — Corporate / M&A — Riyadh

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a corporate/M&A practice in Riyadh for a major international law firm. The role will focus on advising on cross-border and domestic transactional work, leading deals and managing client relationships.

The successful candidate will join an established regional team, take responsibility for business development and deal execution, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring and develop client relationships in the market is sought.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions and M&A.
• Proven track record of leading deals and managing teams on complex transactions.
• Demonstrable business development ability or a portable client base.
• Authorization to practise in relevant jurisdiction(s) or willingness to obtain local admission.
