Partner — Corporate & M&A (San Diego)

Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its San Diego office to expand a growing corporate practice. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients, with opportunities to collaborate with IP, litigation and finance teams.

The successful candidate will help build and originate new business, lead transactions and work with cross‑office industry groups. This is a partner-level role for an experienced, portable practitioner who can contribute to a national and international platform.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and capital markets, preferably with technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sector experience
• Track record of originating and leading transactions; ability to work across corporate, IP and finance practices
• Established client relationships and a portable practice expected
• Strong leadership and team-building skills for a collaborative, multi-office platform
