Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Scottsdale

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Scottsdale corporate team, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and transactional work. The role will involve leading complex deals, advising boards and management on governance matters, and developing client relationships across industries.

Ideal for an established corporate partner with a portable practice and a demonstrated ability to originate and manage significant M&A and transactional matters. You will join a broad corporate platform and collaborate with colleagues across the firm while building a market presence in the region.

• Established partner with significant experience in M&A and transactional matters
• Proven track record of originating and leading deals and managing client relationships
• Experience advising on corporate governance and board-level matters
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to work across practice groups and geographies
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
