Senior lawyer opportunity in a growing Vancouver office for a partner-level hire across corporate, securities, banking and real estate workstreams. The team is expanding and seeking experienced fee-earners who can contribute to and lead complex transactional work.

Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial, business-building mindset and be comfortable developing client relationships and expanding a portable practice. There are paths to direct equity for candidates with an established book and strong growth trajectory.

Established partner or senior associate with partner potential; proven track record in M&A, securities, banking or related corporate work
Portable practice / demonstrable business development ability
Commercial, client-focused approach and experience leading deal teams
Admission to the relevant Canadian bar (BC preferred) or eligibility to transfer
