Leading Vancouver-based corporate team is seeking a lateral partner to join a busy practice focused on M&A, securities (public and private finance) and general corporate matters. This is an opportunistic hire: the group is open to strong candidates who can grow a mid‑market transactional practice and help expand the platform.

The ideal hire will be entrepreneurial, business‑minded and experienced on a range of corporate and securities transactions. The team values candidates who can both advise on deals and play an active role in business development.

• Lateral partner with substantive experience in M&A and/or securities (public or private finance).
• Track record of originating or expanding client work; portable practice welcomed but candidates with strong growth potential will also be considered.
• Commercial, client‑facing approach and ability to develop mid‑market transactional work.
• Admission to practise in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction preferred; strong professional references.
