Partner — Corporate & M&A (Silicon Valley)

Leading international law firm seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Silicon Valley corporate practice. The role focuses on corporate M&A and capital markets work across technology, life sciences and growth-company clients, with close collaboration across IP, litigation and finance teams.

The partner will build and lead transactions and originations, work on cross-border matters as needed, and support a national and global practice platform. This role suits an entrepreneurial rainmaker who wants to join an established, multi-practice platform in Silicon Valley.

• Established partner with a portable practice and proven origination track record (portable book of business desirable).
• Substantive experience leading M&A and capital markets transactions, particularly for technology, emerging growth or life‑sciences clients.
• Comfort working collaboratively with IP, litigation and finance teams on cross-practice matters.
• Strong leadership, client-management and business-development skills.
