Partner — Corporate & M&A, Technology and IP — Philadelphia

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia office to expand a growing Corporate, Technology and Intellectual Property platform. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions, with opportunities to work on cross‑border matters and collaborate with litigation and finance teams.

The team prioritizes candidates with a demonstrable portable practice and track record of originating and closing matters. Preference is for group hires but strong individual partners with established client relationships and sector experience (technology, life sciences, financial services, energy) will be considered.

• Established partner with a significant transactional or IP-related practice (M&A, capital markets, PE and/or technology transactions)
• Proven business development and client origination record; portable book of business preferred
• Experience working on cross‑border and multi‑disciplinary matters
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills; ability to integrate with existing corporate, IP and finance practices
• Member in good standing of the relevant bar
