Partner — Corporate / M&A & Technology Transactions (Los Angeles)

Opportunity for a lateral partner to join a busy corporate team in Los Angeles, focusing on M&A, private equity-related deals, and capital markets work with a strong technology and emerging-growth client base. The role will also involve cross-practice collaboration on technology and IP-related transactions and related litigation matters.

Successful candidates will step into an expanding platform that handles cross-border and domestic corporate matters, works closely with industry teams (technology, life sciences, financial services, energy), and participates in business development across multiple U.S. offices.

• Established partner with substantial transactional experience in M&A, private equity, and/or capital markets.
• Proven experience on technology transactions and working with emerging-growth clients; familiarity with IP-related issues a plus.
• Track record of client origination and business development; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California bar preferred) and ability to work on cross-border matters.
