Partner — Corporate/M&A & Technology Transactions — New York

Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York corporate practice with a focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will work across emerging growth and private equity deals, issuer-side capital markets work, and technology transactions, with close collaboration with IP and securities specialists.

This is a high‑priority New York hire for a growing, cross‑practice platform. The successful candidate will work with teams across U.S. and international offices and will play a visible role in originating and leading client engagements in life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors.

• Established partner with substantial transactional practice (M&A, private equity and/or capital markets)
• Proven experience handling technology transactions and working closely with IP and securities teams
• Demonstrable client origination ability and experience leading deal teams; a portable book of business is welcome
• Strong technical skills, excellent client management and cross‑border transaction experience
