Partner — Corporate & M&A / Technology Transactions (Washington, D.C.)

Major international law firm seeks a partner to join its Washington, D.C. corporate practice, with a focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will sit at the intersection of corporate deals, technology transactions and IP-related commercial work.

The successful candidate will co-lead and develop client relationships, manage deal teams, and collaborate across practice groups including finance, IP and litigation. This is a growth role within a broad platform handling cross-border matters and industry-focused transactions in technology, life sciences, financial services and energy.

• Established partner with a proven transactional track record in M&A and/or capital markets.
• Experience advising on technology transactions, emerging growth or life‑sciences deals preferred.
• Demonstrated rainmaking/client origination and team leadership ability; portable practice desirable.
• Strong US bar admission; experience with cross-border transactions and working with multidisciplinary teams.
