Leadership hire for a partner to join a sizeable corporate practice in Wilmington. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A, capital markets and technology transactions, with a strong emphasis on work for emerging growth and technology clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with product and IP teams to support transactional and IP-related matters, and will have access to a national platform and cross-office deal flow. This is an opportunity to grow an existing practice or to bring and expand a portable book of business within a collaborative, multi-jurisdictional team.

Established partner with substantial transactional experience (M&A, PE, or capital markets) and demonstrable client relationships.
Track record in technology transactions, emerging growth or life sciences preferred; familiarity with IP-related transactional issues an asset.
Proven ability to originate and develop business and to work across offices and practice groups.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
