Partner — Corporate (M&A/Transactional) — Dallas

Experienced corporate partner sought to lead and grow an established M&A and transactional practice in a major Dallas office. The role focuses on advising strategic and private equity clients across a range of domestic and cross‑border transactions and day‑to‑day corporate matters.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who will take a primary role in originating work, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with other practice groups to deliver integrated client solutions. This is a visible role with significant client exposure and business‑development expectations.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and complex corporate transactions.
• Demonstrable track record of business development; a portable practice or client relationships are desirable.
• Ability to lead deal teams, mentor associates, and work cross-functionally with other practice areas.
• Admission to practice, or eligibility to obtain admission, in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to travel as needed.
