Partner, Corporate (M&A & Transactional) — Los Angeles

Senior corporate partner opportunity to lead and grow an established M&A and transactional practice in Los Angeles. The role is focused on originating and executing complex buy‑ and sell‑side deals, private company and strategic transactions, and cross‑border matters alongside a national corporate team.

The position suits an experienced practitioner who will take responsibility for client relationships, drive business development, and mentor junior lawyers. You will work closely with colleagues across practices and offices on integrated transactional matters.

• Proven partner‑level experience in M&A and related transactional work
• Track record of originating or materially contributing to client work and business development
• Ability to lead deal teams and mentor associates
• Active state bar admission and eligibility to practice in California
• Comfort working collaboratively across offices and practice groups
