Senior corporate partner opportunity with a well-established national firm’s Nashville office. The role focuses on leading and growing an M&A and transactional practice across middle-market and strategic transactions, advising corporate clients on buy- and sell-side matters, private company deal work, and general corporate counseling.

The firm is seeking a market-facing partner who will build client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups and offices. This is a visible role with meaningful responsibility for originating and executing complex transactions.

  • Established partner with significant M&A/transactional experience in private company and middle‑market deals
  • Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; comfortable supervising associates and working with cross‑functional teams
  • Active bar admission in Tennessee or willingness to become admitted; excellent communication and commercial judgment
