Partner — Corporate (M&A/Transactional), Orange County

Senior corporate partner opportunity with a leading international firm’s Orange County office. The role focuses on high‑value M&A and transactional work across public and private company matters, leading deal teams and advising sophisticated clients.

The practice will work closely with regional and national colleagues on cross‑border and complex transactions. The team is seeking a partner who can generate and sustain client relationships and help grow the regional practice.

• Proven partner‑level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Portable client relationships / demonstrable book of business and ability to originate work.
• Track record leading deal teams and advising senior clients on complex transactions.
• Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction (California preferred) and strong local market presence.
