The successful candidate will lead deal execution, manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative firm environment. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcome.

Proven partner-level M&A and transactional experience
Track record of originating and managing client matters; business development capability
Experience advising on corporate governance and related transactions
Washington bar admission (or ability to qualify) and experience supervising deal teams
