Seeking an experienced corporate partner to join a well-established practice in Fort Wayne. The role focuses on M&A, general transactional work and corporate governance for a range of clients across industries.

The partner will handle lead deal work, cultivate and expand client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. There is scope to build a portable practice and contribute to regional business development initiatives.

Established partner with substantial corporate and M&A experience
Proven track record on mergers, acquisitions and transactional matters
Client-facing skills with ability to originate and grow business; a portable practice is welcome
Strong commercial judgment, supervision and mentoring experience
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain)
