Leading international firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to join its U.S. corporate team with a focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets. The role will combine deal execution, client relationship management and business development across cross‑border transactions.

The successful candidate will lead complex buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, advise sponsors and corporate clients on private equity and venture capital matters, and handle equity and debt capital markets work as needed. This is a visible position with opportunity to shape team strategy and originate mandates.

Established partner with a strong track record in M&A, private equity and related capital markets work.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice / book of business is required.
Experience leading deal teams on complex, cross‑border transactions and advising sponsors, corporates or investors.
Excellent commercial judgment, business development skills and team leadership experience.
