Partner — Corporate / M&A — Wilmington

Established corporate practice seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Wilmington office. The role focuses on M&A and complex transactional work, with an emphasis on corporate governance matters for Delaware-incorporated and other corporate clients.

The team handles cross-border and domestic transactions for corporate clients across industries. This is a hands-on opportunity to lead deals, advise boards and senior management, and grow a transactional practice within a well-resourced platform.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships are encouraged to apply.

• Partner-level experience with M&A and corporate transactional work
• Strong experience advising on corporate governance and Delaware corporation matters
• Proven record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice preferred
• Bar admission in Delaware or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
