Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Zurich

Leading Swiss office is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate team in Zurich, focusing on M&A, corporate governance and general transactional matters. The role will handle cross-border and domestic deals for a mix of corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead transactions, advise boards and senior management on governance matters, and work closely with other practice groups across the firm’s network. This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy within a well‑resourced team.

Candidate should be commercially minded with the ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development record is encouraged.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactional work
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and board advisory matters
• Track record of leading deals and managing client relationships on cross-border matters
• Proven business development ability or a portable practice; comfortable originating opportunities
• Admission to practice in Switzerland or equivalent and fluency in English; German language skills advantageous
