Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dubai corporate team with a focus on M&A. This is an opportunity to join a busy, cross‑border corporate practice advising on strategic transactions for regional and international clients.

The team has strong capabilities across corporate, technology and IP, energy‑transition and infrastructure, and international arbitration (construction‑focused). The role is aimed at a partner who can immediately contribute fee‑earning work and broaden the platform in the region.

Proven partner‑level M&A and corporate transactional experience in the UAE / wider Middle East market.
Track record of bringing a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships that can be taken to a new firm.
Experience advising on matters touching technology/IP, energy transition or infrastructure is highly desirable.
Familiarity with cross‑border deals and with arbitration or construction‑related disputes a plus.
