Partner — Corporate, Private Equity & M&A, Houston

Seeking a senior lateral partner to join a major global corporate practice in Houston. The role focuses on leading complex M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, and advising strategic corporate and sponsor clients across industry sectors.

The team works on cross-border and domestic deals, collaborating with finance and banking colleagues as needed. Candidates should be prepared to lead client relationships, originate work, and mentor junior lawyers within a well-resourced platform.

• Established partner with a strong track record in M&A and private equity (including VC) transactions.
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; a portable practice or demonstrable revenue-generation ability is welcome.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to lead deal teams, manage complex transactions, and contribute to business development and firm leadership.
