Partner — Corporate (Private Equity & Venture Capital) — London

Leading corporate team in London is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its private equity and venture capital capabilities. The role will focus on advising domestic and international sponsors, growth investors and management teams on buyouts, growth investments and corporate governance matters.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced, client-facing practice and take a senior role on transactions, deal origination and team development. This is an opportunity to shape a busy transactional pipeline within a respected firm environment while working across private equity, VC and broader corporate mandates.

• Established partner with a proven track record in private equity and/or venture capital transactions.
• Demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business will be an asset.
• Experience leading mid- to large-scale buyouts, growth investments, exits and corporate governance matters.
• Strong deal management and team leadership skills; comfortable supervising associates and coordinating cross-practice support.
• Qualified to practise in England & Wales (or equivalent) and able to work from a London office.
