Partner — Corporate / Restructuring, Doha

Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Doha office. The firm is open to candidates from a range of practice backgrounds but has a preference for corporate lawyers with experience in restructuring and governance matters.

The role will involve originating and leading client work, advising on cross-border corporate and restructuring matters, and building a local practice. The hiring team is flexible on practice focus and values candidates with a demonstrable ability to win and manage client relationships.

• Established partner-level track record in corporate and/or restructuring work.
• Experience leading transactions, restructurings or governance matters and supervising teams.
• Portable client relationships or demonstrable origination capability preferred.
• Qualified to practise in a relevant jurisdiction and able to work in Doha.
• Strong commercial and cross-border experience; excellent English.
