Partner — Corporate Restructuring, San Francisco

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office to grow and lead a corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice. The role will blend transactional corporate restructuring work with creditor and debtor-side bankruptcy matters across industry clients.

The team advises on complex restructurings, out-of-court solutions, and chapter-related proceedings. The position offers a platform to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-office corporate and finance colleagues.

• Established partner with significant experience in restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
• Proven track record advising on corporate restructurings, insolvency proceedings, and related bankruptcy litigation.
• Ability to originate and grow a portable practice; demonstrated client development and relationship skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; capable of managing client teams and driving business development.
