Leading Calgary office seeks a lateral partner to help grow a busy corporate practice. The team is expanding and looking for a corporate solicitor with strong transactional experience across M&A, corporate finance and securities work.

The role will involve leading matters, mentoring junior lawyers and participating in business development to deepen client relationships in the region. The office values candidates with an established or portable practice, though runway for growth and a demonstrable track record are also considered.

Partner-level experience in corporate transactions, with emphasis on M&A, corporate finance and securities.
Proven ability to lead deals and manage teams; strong technical skills and commercial judgement.
Demonstrable client relationships or clear business development capability (portable practice desirable but flexible).
Member in good standing of the relevant provincial bar and eligibility to practise in Alberta (or willingness to qualify).
