Top-tier law firm seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead a corporate and securities practice from the San Francisco office. The role focuses on private equity, venture capital, emerging-growth companies and corporate governance work across transactional and securities-compliance matters.

You will advise sponsors, investors and growth/technology companies on deal execution, equity financings and governance issues, and will work closely with cross‑practice teams on complex transactions. The firm is looking for a partner with an established, portable practice and a demonstrable track record of originating and executing transactions.

Proven partner-level experience in private equity, venture capital and securities work.
Track record advising growth/technology companies and investor clients on financings, M&A and corporate governance.
Demonstrable client origination and business development capabilities; portable practice preferred.
Active bar admission and ability to work from the San Francisco office.
