Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Baltimore corporate team with a focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will work across corporate, emerging growth and technology practices and will coordinate with IP and litigation teams on transactional and disputes-related matters.

The partner will advise issuers and strategic buyers/sellers across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors, and play a key role in business development and client relationship management. The position offers significant collaboration with national and cross-border practice groups.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A) and capital markets, with a strong track record advising issuers and/or sponsor-backed deals
Experience in technology transactions and/or emerging growth/startup work; familiarity with IP-related transactional or litigation issues a plus
Proven business development and client relationship skills; portable client base welcomed
Ability to lead deals, manage cross-office teams, and contribute to firm-wide practice growth
