Leading international practice seeks a lateral partner to join a growing Corporate team in Northern Virginia. The role spans M&A (including PE), capital markets/issuer-side work, and technology transactions, with close collaboration with the firm's IP and emerging-growth practices.

The ideal hire will contribute to both transactional work and IP-related matters (IP litigation and IP transactions), develop client relationships across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy, and help expand regional business.

Established partner with a portable practice and demonstrable client development record
Substantial experience in M&A and capital markets transactions; strong credentials in technology transactions
Experience handling IP-related matters or working closely with IP litigation/transaction teams
Comfort working in a cross-practice, sector-focused platform (life sciences, technology, financial services, energy)
Bar admission and credentials appropriate to partner-level practice
