Top-tier international law firm seeking a lateral partner to build and lead corporate-related work in the Raleigh market. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets transactions, emerging-growth/technology company representation, technology transactions, and related IP litigation and counseling.

The successful candidate will work with an established national practice platform and collaborate with industry-focused teams across offices. This is an opportunity to bring a portable practice or grow existing client relationships while developing local and regional business.

Established partner with significant transactional and/or IP experience at a major law firm.
Proven track record in M&A, capital markets or technology transactions; experience with emerging-growth/venture-backed companies preferred.
Demonstrable client development skills and the ability to grow a portable practice or expand existing relationships.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Raleigh office.
