Seeking a partner to join a busy corporate and technology practice in Seattle. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets (issuer-side work), emerging-growth and technology transactions, with regular interaction on IP-related matters and cross-border corporate work.

The team is growing and looks for a senior rainmaker or established practice leader who can originate and manage complex deals, collaborate with securities and IP colleagues, and support business development across U.S. and international offices.

Established partner with significant transactional experience in M&A and capital markets, including issuer-side securities work.
Track record in technology transactions and emerging-growth/startup matters; experience with IP litigation or technology-related IP issues a plus.
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; a portable book of business is preferred.
Ability to lead deal teams, coordinate across practices and work with international offices.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
