Partner — Corporate, Technology & IP Transactions (Atlantic City)

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Atlantic City office to grow and lead corporate, technology and intellectual property transactional work. The role focuses on M&A (including private equity), capital markets, emerging-growth/venture matters and technology transactions, with complementary IP litigation and transactional matters.

The partner will work on a national and cross-border platform, collaborating with sector teams (technology, life sciences, financial services, energy) and other U.S. offices. This is an opportunity to help scale a busy practice and win new client work while leveraging firm-wide resources.

Portable business is welcome; the firm is seeking a partner who can both build new relationships and integrate work across the broader platform.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate/M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams.
• Experience advising emerging growth and venture-backed companies and advising on tech-sector matters preferred.
• Strong collaborative skills for cross-office and cross-practice work; ability to work on complex, cross-border matters.
• Active bar admission in the U.S. (or eligibility) and availability to be based in the Atlantic City office.
