Leading global law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas office to support an expanding Corporate and Technology practice. The role focuses on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions, with complementary work in IP matters and emerging growth companies.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, manage complex cross-border matters and collaborate with sector-focused teams across the firm. This is an opportunity to join a high-volume platform that handles deals for clients in technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships; expectations for any required book of business will be discussed during the process.

Established partner or counsel with significant experience in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions.
Track record advising issuers, PE-backed companies or strategic buyers/sellers; familiarity with IP-related transactional issues is a plus.
Experience leading cross-border matters and working with sector-focused teams (technology, life sciences, financial services, energy).
Proven client development skills; portable client relationships preferred.
