Leading global firm is expanding its corporate practice in Raleigh and seeks a partner to join a busy team handling M&A, capital markets, emerging-growth and technology transactions. The role will work across corporate, finance and intellectual property matters for technology, life sciences and financial services clients.

The team values partners who can originate and develop client relationships, lead deal teams, and help grow a cross-practice platform that includes technology transactions and IP-related work. This is a visible role within a nationally integrated firm and offers collaboration with offices across the U.S. and internationally.

Seasoned partner with a strong corporate transactional background (M&A, private equity, and/or capital markets)
Experience with technology transactions and/or IP-related transactional or litigation matters preferred
Proven client originator with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business
Track record of leading deal teams and developing business across industry sectors such as technology, life sciences or financial services
Licensed to practice in the U.S.; admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain reciprocity as required
