Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco corporate group with a focus on M&A, capital markets, technology transactions and emerging-growth company matters. The role will work closely with cross-practice teams including IP and securities to support transactional and deal-driven work for technology, life sciences and other growth-oriented clients.

The ideal candidate will take a leadership role in business development, client management and mentoring junior lawyers while collaborating with offices across the U.S. and internationally. Portable client relationships and an ability to originate or expand transactional engagements are valued.

Established partner with significant transactional experience in M&A and/or capital markets; strong background in technology transactions or emerging-growth companies preferred.
Track record of business development and client relationship generation; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading deal teams and managing client-facing matters across related practices (IP, securities).
Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in California; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
