Seeking a lateral partner to join a national corporate team in the Los Angeles office. The role focuses on M&A and capital markets work, with opportunities to lead deals for technology, life sciences and healthcare clients and to collaborate with the intellectual property and litigation teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to build and lead client relationships, originate work or bring a portable practice, and work closely with cross‑office teams on complex transactions and technology‑driven matters. This is a partner role within a multi‑practice platform that combines corporate, IP, regulatory and sector‑focused capabilities.

Established partner with significant transactional experience (M&A and/or capital markets) and a track record advising technology, life sciences or healthcare clients
Proven ability to originate and retain client work or bring a portable practice
Experience working on cross‑border or multi‑office transactions and collaborating with IP and litigation specialists
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong business development skills
