Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Los Angeles

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an intellectual property litigation practice from the firm's Los Angeles office. The role focuses on complex IP disputes across federal courts and before administrative tribunals, managing teams on high-stakes matters and handling all phases of litigation.

The successful candidate will have substantial trial and motion experience, a track record of winning outcomes in IP litigation, and the ability to originate and develop client relationships. This is a partner-level role where business development and a portable practice are important.

• Established partner with significant experience in intellectual property litigation (trial and appellate experience preferred).
• Proven client development skills and ability to bring or build a portable practice.
• Experience managing teams and supervising associates on complex matters.
• Active membership in the relevant state bar (California preferred) and strong communication skills.
