Leading national law firm seeks a partner to grow and lead its corporate practice in the Sacramento market. The role focuses on M&A (including private equity), capital markets and technology transactions, with opportunities to collaborate with intellectual property and securities teams.

The successful candidate will advise public and private companies across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors. This is a client-facing, rainmaking role with responsibility for originating and expanding relationships and for mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner with a track record in corporate M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions.
Demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice or book of business appropriate to partner level.
Experience advising public and private clients across technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors; familiarity with IP-related transactional issues a plus.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California; strong team leadership and client-management skills.
