Senior lateral partner opportunity with a national firm seeking a leader to grow and lead corporate, technology transactions and securities work from its Sacramento office. The role emphasizes M&A (including PE-side), capital markets (issuer-side) and emerging-growth / technology company representation.

The successful candidate will combine deal leadership, client origination and team development skills to expand an established practice. There is flexibility to work cross-regionally with other offices and with IP and litigation teams on tech-related matters.

Proven partner-level experience leading M&A, capital markets and technology-transaction matters.
Track record of client origination or a portable practice and ability to develop new business.
Experience advising emerging-growth/technology companies and issuers; familiarity with IP-related commercial issues or IP litigation collaboration a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and mentor junior lawyers.
