Partner — Corporate, Technology & Securities (San Diego)

Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its corporate team in the San Diego (Golden Triangle) market. The role will focus on transactional work across M&A, capital markets and technology-related matters, with close collaboration across IP and securities practices.

The team advises clients ranging from emerging-growth companies to established issuers and strategic acquirers, and works on cross-border matters with national and international colleagues. The hire will contribute to client development, lead transactions, and mentor junior lawyers.

• Established partner with significant transactional experience in M&A, capital markets and technology transactions
• Proven track record of client origination or a portable practice preferred
• Experience advising emerging-growth companies, private equity and corporate issuers
• Strong commercial judgment, leadership skills and ability to work with cross-office teams
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in California
