The hire will lead client engagements, originate new business and collaborate across national and international offices. This is a senior rainmaking role where an established portable practice or demonstrable client-development record will be valued.

Established partner-level background in M&A and capital markets, with transactional experience in technology, life sciences or financial services.
Proven track record of client origination and business development; portable client relationships preferred.
Experience managing deal teams and working across offices and practice groups (including IP/tech-related transactions).
Admissions and qualifications appropriate for partner-level practice.
