Leading international law firm seeks a partner to build and lead a corporate practice in the Silicon Valley market. The role emphasizes M&A (including PE work), capital markets and emerging-growth transactions across technology, life sciences/healthcare and financial-services clients.

There is also scope to work alongside established IP and litigation teams on technology- and life-sciences-related disputes and transactions. The team is experiencing growth in the region and is looking for a senior lawyer who can drive new business and collaborate across practices.

Partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets, or technology transactions; experience with life sciences or financial-services clients is a plus.
Track record of originating and handling complex, cross-border matters and collaborating with IP and litigation teams.
Demonstrable business development ability; a portable practice or proven book of business is desirable.
Strong commercial judgment, client-facing skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers.
