Top-tier international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston corporate team, focusing on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role supports cross-border deals and industry-focused work in technology, life sciences, financial services and energy.

The partner will lead client engagements, originate and expand relationships, and collaborate with IP and securities specialists on transactional and regulatory matters. The position involves supervising associates and integrating into an established transactional practice across multiple U.S. offices.

Ideal for an experienced deal lawyer with a portable practice or demonstrable client-development record who wants to grow a market-facing corporate and tech transactions platform in Boston.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A, PE-related transactions and/or capital markets; significant experience with technology transactions a plus.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable book of business or clear ability to develop new business.
Experience advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors preferred.
Strong team leadership and associate management skills; ability to work across practice groups (IP, securities, regulatory).
US JD (or equivalent) and active bar license.
