Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Diego corporate group with a focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will work across emerging growth, life sciences, private equity and technology-sector clients, and will collaborate with IP litigation and transactional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a portable transactional practice and the ability to originate and lead high-value corporate and capital-markets matters. This is an opportunity to join a broad, multi-practice platform with national and international deal flow and cross-office collaboration.

Established partner with a portable transactional practice (M&A, private equity or capital markets).
Proven experience advising technology and life-sciences clients, and working with IP/technology transaction teams.
Track record of originating and leading matters across offices and jurisdictions.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work with cross-border teams.
